Founder & CEO
Irfan Shabbir founded eZone Staffing, LLC. in January 2004. With experience in human resources, staffing and recruiting, he was convinced that a staffing firm focused on recruiting and hiring would become a trusted extension of clients’ businesses and an invaluable resource for fulfilling their staffing needs. Combining industry knowledge, integrity, respect and just plain good business practices has brought eZone Staffing the success he envisioned. Today, with more than fifteen years of industry experience, Irfan is a hands-on executive, interviewing prospective candidates while providing knowledge, skill and leadership to guide the business every day.
Irfan began his career in sales and marketing focused on the staffing industry. As a Founder and CEO, Irfan has seen eZone through years of exceptional growth in both size and capability while fostering a culture of integrity, empathy, and ownership.
Irfan competitive spirit, passion for adventure, and care for people can be seen not only in his approach to leading eZone, but also in his extensive list of community-focused recreational activities. His focus in creating a WIN-WIN outcome for clients and associates has enabled him to build strong, positive & long-lasting relationships in the staffing world.
Shagufta is the Managing Director for eZone Staffing. Shagufta is a dynamic Leader, Strategic planner/People Manager/Business Model with over 10 years experience in full-cycle recruiting, business development, innovation, strategic development, assets management, financial planning and the development of customized staffing programs. Shagufta has an outstanding reputation for working closely with all levels of staff, “Top producers”, managers, and recruiters to create quality, long-lasting partnerships.
Her core philosophy is to serve and value people first with the highest integrity. An Optimistic attitude, a strong work ethic, harnessing the strength of the team to achieve goals, a willingness to listen and try new approaches makes her stand out. Her energy, intelligence, dynamic personality and commitment to excellence has earned her lot of accolades. She has been very instrumental in implementing several programs including Quality Processes, Compliance, Customer Care programs, and Community Outreach Services.

Sales & Marketing Director
John brings many years of experience in all aspects of staffing and consulting to his role. His mission is to keep the company ahead of trends, enhance brand recognition, and establish best practices and deliver consistent revenue growth for the company. John has a long history of hiring, training, and retaining top talent while simultaneously delivering positive business results. Many current staffing industry leaders recognize John as a mentor as he has wide range of experience in technology, accounting/finance, administrative/clerical, and legal staffing. Through the years, John has placed many qualified candidates in temporary and consulting engagements, temp-to-perm, contract-to-hire, and direct placement.
John comes to eZone Staffing with a proven record of building successful consulting practices from the ground up. During his twelve-years tenure with a large international staffing and recruiting firm, John took an under-performing Non-IT consulting business to a perennial, world-wide Top 100 producing division.
