Our application process is one of the most stringent in the industry. We have over 100 assessments available covering all skill sets in addition to behavioural assessments to aid in making appropriate placements the first time.

Our process also includes face-to-face interviews with our recruiters, face-to-face behavioural interviewing, a minimum of two professional references, a safety evaluation, as well as a detailed orientation describing the company’s and Staffing Service USA’s expectations.

Appropriate pre-employment screening such as criminal background checks and drug testing will be administered pending the position the employee will be placed in.
